Wait, so you have at least 1 Command Red D20, 1 Operations Gold D20, 1 Science Division Blue D20, and a Klingon D20 and are just waiting on the Kirk Command Green D20 to finish a set of 5D20?
That’s dedication, man.
Incidentally, I think it was mentioned that the Kirk Green D20s are going to be separately purchaseable without needing to buy the Tricorder Set, correct? If so, any idea when that woud be?
Not exactly. I got 1 Red/Gold/Blue/Klingon, each, spare, because I wanted to have 5d20 of each colour. I lack 1d20 of the Starter Set type, though and am still thinking whether to get the new division style dice.
So, not sure whether this is so much dedication, at all.
Today I had a serious look at the Dune offerings at roll20. I am not much of a Dune fan but similar offerings for STA would interest me very, very much. The GM Toolkit looks very interesting, the adventure does, too. And if such items would be bundled with the core rulebook, I might even buy yet another core rulebook.
If there was any way to get a full compendium without buying a full rulebook, that would be great of course.
If we want to talk about new dice sets, I would personally love to see a Movie-era set, consisting of 5d20, all blood red/maroon like the “monster maroon” uniforms introduced in The Wrath of Khan, but the five dice would all have different color numbering, matching the different departments, sort of like how the undershirt, and rank pin connectors indicate department: white for command, blueish-grey for science, gold for operations, light green for medical and dark green for security. The Starfleet delta would also be the Movie era version with the circle behind it.
I am really, really curious about the price tag regarding the Tricorder set. I think I need that set. 10 Challenge Dice? 5 green d20? Sounds great to me!
I’d like some lifepath stats for the Kriosians, standard and metamorph (like Famke Janssen from the TNG episode The Perfect Mate). I’d love to include a female metamorph for a campaign set in the Star Trek: The Next Next Next Next Next Next Next Next Generation era.
