Super Mutant Force list question

Am I correct in thinking that in games that use the Force Lists, that no Super Mutant model can take either armour or Stimpaks, Chems, Food, etc?

It seems odd if that’s the case, as there are armour items specific to Super Mutants, seems odd that you can’t actually buy them any.

In narrative mode you can use food and such but I’m the flat out combat mode all factions are more restricted.

In bos only kade can but stimpacks for example, survivors can’t buy armour for anyone etc.
