It’s nit uncommon for the mist complicated orders to ship last. The Vault Tec bundle (which I’m also waiting on) encountered sone issues with certain figure sets, includeing some terrain bits. When you order one or two of everything, if anything has an issue, you’re going to be caught in it. The parts of the Vault Tec that we, you and I and all the others are waiting on, are not being sent to retailers at this time as we dont have any. I wish I had something to say to make it better, but here we are.
I’m the same. Between six orders, I have at least two of everything coming except the acrylic rulers and the Red Rocket, those I only have one of coming (I wasn’t worried about the rulers, and I can only picture needing one of the Red Rocket. Those came with the Vault Tec bundle I ordered. I also ordered one each of the faction bundles, plus a couple of large groupings of other stuff. Since I’ve heard about troubles with the Robots, Creatures, and Scenics, I’ve looked back and it seems I’ve got at least one of those with each of my orders.) One of the Starters is going to a friend, along with the “Unique” duplicates where I have two of those. He’s also getting an extra Death Claw and a couple of other odds and ends to round out his starting collection. Extra Nuka-Girls are getting handed out to the members of my gaming group. With the rest I plan to sit a pair of starters off to the side for my kids and the rest is mine.
I imagine I’m as frustrated with the delays as anyone, but I can see that it’s getting closer and when it’s all said and done, there’s little I can do about it. I suspect I’ll be a bit less zealous about preordering in the future, but I’ve loved the setting for a long time (I remember being excited when I heard they were making Fallout 2) and I’ve little doubt I’ll continue building a collection.
I just hope that the experience becomes a learning experience for Modiphius and that future releases are a little smoother. 
Indeed it has. Future waves will be a little less ambitious, reducung the chances of things going wrong.

I was kind of wondering about that. I figured that with the smaller releases it would be a case of being able to move around new items’ release date a bit if one was prepping quicker than expected or slower than planned.
I’m excited that I’ll likely be able to add to my collection regularly in the future.
It’s been a long wait and none of my orders have shipped yet. But I’m keeping my fingers crossed I’ll get everything before the end of next month.
That’s what I’m hoping as well. It’s been a long wait, and I think all of us that haven’t yet gotten our orders are a bit antsy.
I don’t know if this is the norm or not, but I’ve heard from a couple of people in the last week now who have received their preorders, but never received a shipping notification to let them know it had been shipped. Who knows, maybe our orders are in the mail and we just don’t know it yet?

I am just miffed that stores will get their orders and product before my preorder from the company ships.
The latest I heard was that at least two of my orders would be shipping from the UK on Friday (Today still where I’m at. Those orders are the ones that include the Scenic Starter Set and I haven’t heard any word on the other four orders yet, but since the car isn’t hanging those up, I’m hopeful that those are already in the mail. Only time will tell though). From past experience, it typically takes about two weeks for packages to reach my home in the US from the UK.
Not sure what anyone else is looking at for shipping times, but at least that should give some context for anyone else wondering what to expect.
Did you get a shipping notice? I know they were starting to send out resin starter orders this week. Sadly mine was not on the list I guess.
For me it was an email from Modephius becuse I had the Vault bundle to let me know they were splitting my order at their own cost so they could ship what they currently have with the rest coming later when it arrives. No official shipping notice though. I’ve actually seen a few people mention that their orders had arrived without them ever hearing about it being shipped, so no notice probably doesn’t mean a lot in this case.

There was a sort of update earlier this week. They ran out of two player resin box set, robots, creatures and are still working on scenic sets. If you have one or more of these items then you are on a wait list. If you do not have any of these items then you should have something shipping to you soonish if your order is before July 15. I think chris said that everyone before March 1 should have something at this point, but that same day I got a message from Lloyd saying my stuff still had missing models so who knows. If you have an order after July 15 and also have items from the offending models list it may be a while. Your best bet is to contact the support line.

I didn’t get notification of the order being split, but apparently it was since I have everything but the terrain as of a week or so ago.
I contact the support by mail one week ago and I don’t have any answer, can you reply to my question please? I just want know when my order number 73880 will be shipped because I d’ont have any notification or package in my mailbox 
Yep, all we have to do is waiting. At least it worth waiting.
I got a notification saying my first order finally shipped. Looking forward to finally getting my hands on the starter.
Wonder how long I will have to wait for my second order. Made it a few days after the deadline and it has most of the web exclusives that have been causing problems.
I’ve just got mine last week. So there is hope. 
Don’t only have to wait. Pick up some terrain to build and paint. That’s how I got through the wait. 
If i was to order SURVIVORS: HEROES OF SANCTUARY HILLS does anyone know what the current ETA on them are because I know it say mid October but I was just wondering if that is right?
