Not what I ordered?

HI, i received my starter set (ordered in Oct.) the other day and I was happy to finally have it. However, it turns out that I received the PVC set and not the resin version that I ordered. I understand that the website now says that the resin set is currently not offered due to stock issues, but this notice was not there when I had placed my order, nor did I get any indication or notice that my order would be affected. My question is: does anyone know if there is an estimate as to when the resin version will be available again and when it is, will I receive an upgrade set or will I have to send my entire starter set back for a replacement? I understand that stock is short due to high demand (which is awesome, by the way), but considering that it cost more for the resin version, it would be nice to have some clarification as to what is going on. I did send a message to, but so far have heard nothing. I would very much like to play and enjoy the game, as I have been looking forward to it for a good while, but I am hesitant to do so until I know what is going on.

Also, the PVC set I received came with a broken mini (the Power Armor figure). While i would have no problem simply reattaching it with superglue, again, I am hesitant to do anything with the game at this time. Thank you.

I’m sure they will assist you, good call on not messing with it yet. The game has seemed to take off more than they initially expected and are now playing catch up as well as preparing for wave 2. I had issue with my blue dice and they ended up sending me three sets of blue dice lol

Thank you for the encouragement, I get and understand that there are supply issues and I’m sure that it will be resolved one way or the other. It’s just a major ■■■■■■ that after waiting so long to get it, I finally have it and I don’t even know if I can or should use it yet.

Haha, believe me, it’s really hard to resist. Was looking forward to spending my weekend learning and playing the game and I’m extremely tempted to just go ahead and get started, but I’m just trying to err on the side of caution in case I’m required to send it back. Though I guess if I waited this long, I suppose I can wait a bit longer. But it’s not easy!

Sorry, I’m new to Discourse (I think that’s what this forum is?) and can’t quite figure out how to PM. However, I did receive a reply from support this morning and provided them with the necessary information. Still waiting on further information, but luckily, they did say I can go ahead and start using my starter set! :grin::+1: If necessary, I can still send you my info; someone’s just gotta tell me how, lol.
