The Sorceress Adversary card has a shield defense ability, but no block skill. It’s a powerful shield. Is this supposed to be a ward?
Unrelated question: why do adversaries use Restoration for using their wards, but players use block/strength?

It’s meant to be against Ranged attacks only. I checked back to the design files and the text got clipped at some point.
Thanks! So that means if she blocks, she gets a yellow on all ranged attacks as long as she has the block token, and can take a strength test to see if she gets a black? Or is there no passive bonus since it’s not a shield?
I will check. She was a very early design, so the rules may have overtaken her design.
Appreciate it Gavin!
