Been doing some research on how to add the Dark Eden tribes to the game as playable entities. I came up with the following list and thought that some input from you guys would be great.

I would add the Balkans for both Sons of Rasputin and Crescentia. A Son of Rasputin could also be from an apparent Whitestar stronghold.

We did kinda try to give some of these options in the Dark Eden sourcebook (check out the Lutheran Triad entries on p. 174 onwards), but it would be an interesting place to revisit!
