In the UK it seems that stuff you order now is being shipped ASAP. I pre’o’d the book and dice.
Then thought the GM guide may be handy as I heard about stuff in it… took about a week between ordering and delivery.

Yup in the same boat here on the eastern side of US, got a email at the beginning of the month saying a label was created and that was it.

I messaged customer support. They said that they had a few delays on getting the special edition boxes into their warehouse. They seem to have that problem resolved and should be shipping out soon.

I’m pretty eager to get my shipping notification, especially since the online store now shows the GECK set as “in stock.”

I’m losing patience fast. Everyone I know practically have already received their books and dice. I preordered the Table Bundle and haven’t even received a shipping confirmation. I even emailed customer support on 8/8 and received the generic response below on 8/9:
“Thanks for your email. Fallout Special Edition preorder are expected to start shipping out this week and Achtung! is late this month/early September.”
We are now entering September and I still know nothing.

It was a little surprising to see that Table Bundle holders are still waiting. From what I understand it was a business decision on their end to ease some of the shipping issues they might have encountered if they had made everyone wait so that Table Bundles went out first.
It is kinda sad.
My last contact from them was 10 days ago and they said that things should be shipping out “soon”.
It’s a weird new world we live in. I don’t think there’s much we can do but wait unfortunately.
I ordered a GECK and an extra set of dice and I have not received a shipping confirmation yet. I might add, though, that I do not always receive one, so it might be on its way 
I am waiting somewhat impatiently, though.

I orderd the table bundle, and this is the answer that I got today regarding a shipping date: […] Apologies, The Fallout Special Edition pre-order boxes have had a series of unfortunate delays in getting to our warehouse. These are due for shipment very soon and you will receive notification upon despatch.

I got the same response last week when I contacted support. If I had been told back when they started shipping the rest of the stuff that I’d still be waiting on my bundle due to a box, I probably would have told them to just ship it anyway. I’ve been running a session since July, and trying to flip through the PDF is not my preferred way to keep track of the rules. I mean, it works, and we’re playing, but I’d much rather have a printed book with bookmarks, and the additional book to hand to players with rules questions.

I just got a shipping notice from Modiphius. They are apparently using DHL for US shipping and Gamesquest for fulfilment (so DHS shows a package from gamesquest). Again I am in Florida, US and ordered the Geck package.

I got a DHL tracking code that doesn’t work. So I dont know if its been shipped, awaiting shipment, or whatever. Contacted support for updated proper tracking number.

Most often you have to wait up to 24 hours for the link to become active.
The shipment has been readied, but the shipping company has not yet received the package nor done the administrative tasks.

My GM just got a notification that his GECK pre-order has shipped. We’re in Canada, west coast.

DHL is telling me I have to pay customs on my GECK to Canada.
Be aware, its coming.

I hate DHL so much. They’re the only courier I’ve had deliver things that charged customs/duties etc.
