Derrkater found this and posted it on the unofficial discord, I took the liberty to post it here and have an official answer from Modiphius team :slight_smile:

So the victory conditions state that you gain 3 VPs if there’s no adversary models within 3’’ of the Stone and at least one player model, and 1 VP if there’s an equal number of adversaries and player models.
But what happens if there’s more player models than adversaries models? No VP is gain?

If you have more models near the stone than the other player, I’d say your side gains 2VP.
