Silly question-the raiders card pack and the other card pack
Does the raider pack come with other faction cards and if so which ones? Description is somewhat vague
How about the institute’s pack?
The wave card packs come with all the cards you need to play the models that come with the wave in question.
the institute don’t have a faction card per se but there is one for Synths
