Profile card availability

Is there anywhere, I might be missing it, where you can get all of the profile cards for the people and monster/animal types in the game?

I want to run a narrative campaign and start the vault dwellers waking up in the vault. I only own the starter set but want to pit the characters against rad roaches and stuff like the computer game. Is Modiphius selling all the cards?

You mean, apart from the Downloads section of the main Fallout site? Which has downloads of basically all of the unit and other cards in the game?
