So the support line is down

So, I have no tracking number still and I cannot get this company to respond to the status on my order. I was going to make another ticket today and now their support line is down. I tried entering an email to what was listed and that bounced.

What time did you call?

Email, I tried today when I went to lunch, so within the hour. Do I need to call to find out the status of my order? Not a great option with the time difference for me.

They seem rather active on these forums, maybe try them here as well?

They were hit by another Chinese spam attack so email is a bit slow.
