It’s a lava scorpion from the Eldrador line of figures by Schleich.
I think it makes a pretty cool “boss” monster. Buff up the stats a little, give it an extra black and/or yellow die or the like for its attacks and maybe change the damage type to energy or even radiation. Or throw in a ranged attack that can set stuff on fire. Could be fun.
