Well, I can only try Firefox on Windows 10, and I see no problems at all creating a character. Maybe you have some form of plugin that disrupts the workings of the generator somehow?
But there shouldn’t be any plugins on mine or my wife’s phone.

I can’t join the Brotherhood in any way, and the generator doesn’t seem to keep track of my choices when i choose Mishima as origin.
I know Have identified that Ki seems to be causing the PDF export page problems.

But is it just me , when i export to PDF i dont se the numbers on the attributes? i just see dots, and if i try to type in new ones even letters it is sill just dots. 
I have the fonts istalled that i asks for.
I use Chrome, and Adobe PDF reader.
Well that’s sort of my fault. I made that using Libreoffice Draw, and the default settings use LibreSans font. If you install Libreoffice, they will work just fine.
I have since made an update that uses Arial font for everything, but Christoffer hasn’t made the change to it (yet?).

Work great for the Imp and Cap characters I tried. Much better interface compared to earlier versions. Any chance we’ll see the ability to acquire starting equipment down the road? I remember a char generator that was glitchy on the character side, but handled initial gear acquisition.

Tried a Capitol doomtrooper. For gear selection, I chose Punisher blade and MP103, final sheet only had FACTION_ASSAULT_RIFLE
For Mishima character, pistol choice of Piranha gave Faction Handgun
