Melee Power Attacks and Precision Attacks

Hello!

I’m looking for a quick clarification regarding melee combat. I was absolutly certain that I had read about Power attacks (which cost one stamina to add a Yellow Damage Die) and Percision attacks (which cost one stamina to add a Green Accuracy Die). However, I can not find these terms in the core rulebook. I have found a reference to “Power Attacks” in the rules regarding Adversaries and I found a section which mentions Percision attacks in the Escape from Helgen tutotiral book, but I can’t find the actual sections for melee power and melee percision attacks.

I just want to confirm that 1) I didn’t accidently homebrew this rule and 2) Where in the Core Rulebook I could find this rule.

And just to be clear, I am talking specificly about adding green and/or yellow dice to melee attacks. I was able to find the Aimed Shot for ranged attacks.
