Looking at the description it basically sounds like the core book creation rules. I am assuming that can’t be it so for anyone who has it do you mind mentioning how the book compliments the core?
Wife wants to get me a RP book and I am considering this one.
The basic Players Guide (likewise for Mutant Chronicles) contains the basic rules that a player needs to play the game including Momentum and Gear, not just character creation. it contains none of the background, GM rules, NPCs and adversaries etc.
