How does everyone run reactions when Guard is lost?
Allow? Disallow? Allow but no reduction in doom cost?
Reactions are allowed and the cost is as per the normal rules and adjusted by talents and/or weapon properties.
When guard is lost there can be a difficulty increase but ultimately they are allowed.
