Fallout Starter Kit?

Just wondering if there’s any news on the Starter Kit. It’s infuriating to read things like

“If the players previously played the Fallout: The Roleplaying Game Starter Kit quest, Once Upon a Time in the Commonwealth, the GM may stir up the memories of Rast and his betrayal.”

Like the Kit is supposed to be out already or something. Just wondering what the plan is, if any?

As of last week’s QA it’s in development but that was basically all the information we received at that point.
