It seems so. I managed to snap mine, though still haven’t received shipping confirmation.
Either not enough books are printed or too many people are waiting those beauties.
It took checking a few LGS, but I found pre-orders available locally and a couple–well, one; stateside–store online. Don’t know where you are located, but if you can’t get it directly from Modiphius, there are a few places to still pre-order a physical copy.
I pre-ordered mine a couple of months ago from a stateside store online. It was projected to ship in May. Recently changed to June. Still hasn’t shipped.
