Assign perk to another unit

I’m settlement mode, if I purchased a perk for an unit, can I assign this perk to another unit for a battle?

The purchased Perk remains with the model you purchased it for (though you can choose for them not to equip it for a battle). If you want another model to have the same perk, you would need to buy it for them too. Page 24 of the Campaign Handbook has more details.
