Warfare - General Talent

Question: Where are the Elite stats for your retinue created via Warfare >General Talent

General
In addition, you can create a retinue
(warband, squad, etc.) of dedicated and highly loyal warriors
of a size equal in number to your Warfare Focus times
your rank in this talent. These are considered to be
Elites, whereas normal soldiers or warriors are Minions.

Thanks

I think the wording Elites is meant to mean Toughened. So take the stats from Toughened warriors or Toughened soldiers.
And welcome to the forum mate!

Yep- what Mogge said

If Elite means Toughened wouldn’t that be broken? With 5 focus and 3 on General Talent you could have 15 toughened allies in your squad.

Page 306 definition of “Squad” as worded in General Talent:
“A Squad consists of a single Toughened creature —
referred to as a Leader — leading up to four identical
Minions.”

The last part of the General Talent says:
“The warriors in your retinue must be chosen prior
to combat, must be dedicated followers who have trained
with you, and must be within earshot to gain any benefits.
This benefit does not apply to other player characters, even
if they are under your control. These are considered to be
Elites, whereas normal soldiers or warriors are Minions.”

“These” might be referring to player characters, while the soldiers in your squad as minions.

“Elite” is a relic from Mutant Chronicles 3 where this kind of non-minion NPC which are called “Toughened” in Conan 2d20 was called “Elite”.
So, “Elite” does mean “Toughened” in Conan.
