Rules for getting ingredients for petty enchantments?

I am reading the rules on petty enchantments and I am confused on how you get ingredients for them. On page 163 it said they can be purchased as other acquisitions and to see Carousing on page 291 of the book. I have read Carousing section and I do not see any info Ingredients. Where are the rules on how to get ingredients?

They are usually purchased during down time, and then refined (Alchemy test). I believe the reference to Carousing was the Trade section.

As a GM it would also be neat to add some of these in as treasure if the adventure/locale makes sense to do so.
