In the Wanderer’s Guidebook (pg 87), there is the description of the Nuka-Girl Rocketsuit, but there are no stats for it in the equipment table (pg 85).
Has anybody found out what they are?
Same situation with Caeser’s Outfit (pg 86).
Probably because, technically, the Nuka-Girl Rocketsuit is just a Halloween costume. Says so right in the description. Also, in Fallout 76, it’s just a costume.
