I’m about to start converting some creatures I made for Mutant Future to Fallout 2d20. In the mean time, I thought I’d share a Word Doc that has the two basic formats this game uses for creatures. Just copy from the original, paste, and fill in the blanks with your content.

I just converted my first critter, the Azcat. Feel free to download it. If you have any feedback or criticism, I am 100% open to it. I really haven’t learned the rules for designing creatures for Fallout just yet.
