Hi, you’ve probably noticed this, but if you are using emojis, you need to leave a space before the colon, if they follow immediately after some text, without leaving any spaces, they don’t work
e.g. text:grinning:
That is the case 
it’s pretty standard to allow the platform to read 
and distinguish emoji from normal colons.
