Missing Marine Combat Action? (Conan The Pirate)

So I have noticed that for some reason, even though Conan The Pirate added Ship Artillery(Ballista and such), the Marine’s Combat actions (pgs 114-115) do not include any way for them to actually be fired during combat. These weapons also have ranges of Medium and Long, but the Marine is described as “can make Ranged attacks against other vessels at Close range…”

Is this an oversight? If so, what should the text of the Action be?

I am pretty sure I had them use Warfare when they were using siege weapons . . . It seemed appropriate as the training would really only come through use with it at some point. I am thinking I also offered Ranged but with a penalty . . .
