While in a standard Federation Starship Medlab-1 is physically part of Sickbay, Medlab-2 is immediately across the corridor. This spacious lab comes equipped with all the state-of-the-Art equipment necessary to find cures for new diseases, but also is equipped with 3 additional biobeds for Sickbay overflow, the ship’s morgue, and a desk for the physician and medical technicians to work. I’ve attached a 3D Cutaway here, for players of Modiphius’ Star Trek Adventures game.
