Hyborian / Valusian Age Maps

reading the kull book again, i was trying to overlap the Valusian Age map atop the Hyborian age map and can’t quite seem to do it. I was trying to because i believe i read that the Pictish Islands rise to become mountains of a new continent, which i would assume is the Hyborian continent.

Is this wrong? Do the two Ages overlap continents, or are they two indistinct continents on Howard’s earth?

After Thurian age tectonic plates moved and cataclysm or two happened changing the layout of the world. Thurian age and Hyborian age supercontinent is essentially the same but changed by the cataclysms and the march of time.
