Well, given the page that has been linked indicates in the Background information section that “This design was described in the script for The Wrath of Khan as ‘a functional cluster of modules serve as a scientific complex, a futuristic White Sands,’” I suggest White Sands.
This is further supported by the page for the White Sands Test Facility. That page says at the very start, “White Sands Test Facility (WSTF) is a U.S. government rocket engine test facility and a resource for testing and evaluating potentially hazardous materials, space flight components, and rocket propulsion systems.”
So, along the same theme, how about a Terok Nor type with a Tactical Operations mission profile?

Let’s see. Initially that would have been Vesok Nor, located at a strategically important, but also resourceful position in the farthest reaches of the Cardassian Empire. With the Dominion occupying Cardassia, the Station was occupied by a Jem’Hadar force and got the official Dominion Designation of Battle Station Alpha 3-6-C. Nowadays it is disputed: The Cardassians want it back (and restore its original name), a sect of militant Bajorans claim it to be Prophets’ Bulwark and the Federation offered to sponsor an interregnum under the name of Deep Space 18.

Clearly the VS Solkar.
Named after the first ambassador to the humans, Solkar . It combines an honored Vulcan explorer and diplomat with the Humans tendency to tinker.
Unusual in that it is one of the few Vulcan Science Academy vessels to always include non-Vulcan crew members to provide external viewpoints and solutions.
Whether this is viewed as an honor or a form of purgatory depends on the alien involved.
Next up is a Hermes class with patrol interdiction & counter smuggling duties.

Could be the USS Artemis, don’t you think? A cousin of the greek god Hermes and goddess of (amongst others) the hunt this seems like a good fit.

A Steamrunner Class ship with a Scientific and Survey Operations. Tough one, but I name it the USS Himalayas. The only named one Steamrunner Memory Alpha knows of is the USS Appalachia, so it at least fits a bit into the pattern.
Next up something easy, but at the same way really hard: A Norway Class with a Tactical Missions profile.

The USS Tu Youyou, named for the Chinese recipient of the Nobel Prize in Medicine for her discovery of Qinghaosu (Artemisinin in English) to treat Malaria, thus saving millions of lives.
Based the previous Olympus ships being named after Louis Pasteur & Alfred Nobel.
To celebrate Modiphius getting the Discovery & Picard licenses how about a Walker Class with a Strategic & Diplomatic mission profile

Both for the Rigel system being a place of great trade and commerce (so the perfect location for a pleasure barge to ply it’s trade) as well as a nod to one of the earliest known pleasure barges, the Splendour of Aten from Ancient Egypt.

I will not name this one, because I’m French and in french, dérider means removing wrinkles or cheer up. I can’t take these ships seriously. For me it’s like a e-tron car (étron in french means something), it’s too laughable

How about the Yigor? Yigor is obviously a Ferengi word. But coincidently, Yi Gor is also the name for Guan Yu in Hong Kong, which is a deity of wealth worshipped primarily by business people.
Let’s go old school and give me a Klingon D-7 with the House Guard mission profile.
