For Additional Work in an Extended Task, can the Momentum Spend come after the players know what they’ve rolled on Challenge Dice for Work? Or should they decide before they roll Challenge Dice?
You can roll the challenge dice and then spend Momentum to re-roll and/or buy extra Work. The same applies to damage in personal or starship combat - you can roll damage and then spend Momentum to re-roll and/or boost damage.
