Blast special effect does what? Best guess is it is meant to re-flip the slow-firing token so it may be used again in the same round (ie as a second action).
We could not find a reference for it in the rulebook but our interpretation was also that it meant that you do not flip the slow firing token over as normal and it could therefore be fired again that turn.
