It seems there are some mistakes at the beginning of campaign 2 chapter 2, it says there are 6 war quest cards for each Faction, but after playing, we noticed the cards 409 and 415 were left in the box because the book says you begin with 410 and 416, and you never link with 409/415.
No info about this in Facebook or Errata PDF.
It seems Stormcloak players should start at 415 and Imperial players at 409…
