Hi all! Could all Brotherhood of steel teammates wear power armor at the same time in skirmish? Any restrictions?

Open play or battle mode?

But essentially, yes, if you pay the caps and the models can take PA (Battle Mode only) then yes, you can indeed have a team of PA wearing soldiers.
