Thanks to everyone for all the advice. We ran our session last night and learned a lot. I learned what I did wrong for sure and some of the advice here was amazing. The main thing was that everyone had fun and wanted to schedule another session before we start streaming. To me that’s a great sign.

There are several ways to accrue Threat. When players roll a complication (20 on a D20 is a bad thing). It can be used by the GM immediately to cause you fits, or she can bank 2 for later fit making. Players can also give you Threat to create opportunities (a specific game mechanic) or in lieu of available Momentum.
Momentum Pool decrease by one when the scene changes. Momentum farming can also work against them - rolling a 20 in a D20 is a complication. Ask me, I provide my GM with A LOT OF Threat because of this, he loves me - other players quake in fear when I pick up dice to roll - seriously!
