How does this quest from the chapter 2 work? It says we need to make inquiries by targeting a civilian, but how do we do it? Attack them from within 3’’ and in LOS? Does moving in contact work too? Or is it another test?

You’re trying to get information out of them, so you would need to target them with a Speech Skill Test. This would cost one of your Special Actions.
