Can I use mines by Quick Move actions or Prepare?
Yes. Placing a Mine requires a Move Action and a Move Action is still a Move Action whether it is a regular action or it is a quick action. (The only difference between a regular action and a quick action is that the quick action is at a small penalty, and no Action Points can be gained from a quick action.)
