Does the bonus momentum apply/able to be used before the skill roll or only after?
I have a player who uses it before the roll to get a bonus dice, I feel like it is the analog to strong back but worded differently. Not causing a problem but I wanted to know
I believe based on the following that it would only come into being after the skill test. This is from the section on generating momentum.
Some talents, items, and circumstances grant bonus Momentum, which is added to the total Momentum generated by a successful skill test. The bonus Momentum doesn’t come into existence until after the test is successful.
