Specifically the Store, Maintenance Shed, and Locker, which are used before and after using the settlement. I have triggered an event via the locker and unable to resolve it because i am already done with the settlement.
Please confirm if these structures are counted for triggering settlement events.

They would still trigger Settlement Events when their abilities are used. This is because the trigger point for Settlement Events is the use of an ability, regardless of when they occur as far as I believe.
