The Cosmopolitan trait allows conversation with (as written) non-player characters that that also possess Cosmopolitan but do not share a language. Is there a reason that it wouldn’t work for conversations between two player characters that both possess Cosmopolitan but do not share a language?
No. As far as I understand it the Cosmopolitan trait will also allow player characters that share it to converse even if they don’t speak the same language.
