So I just bought the Fallout: WW humble bundle and trying to learn the rules of it all. The biggest issue so far is “buying a specialty”. It doesn’t really clarify how to go about it other than it is in relation to skills but that’s about it.
Buying a Speciality is shown in the middle row of the ‘Experience Points Spends’ table in the Experience & Progression section. Specialities cost 2 XP, though an Overseer may allow a player to purchase a very narrow Speciality for 1 XP.
