Butchering animals

The Hunting in the Wastes version of Wasteland Survival Guide says “When you butcher an animal you’ve killed, and the amount of meat can be increased by spending AP, you gain 1 bonus AP for that purpose”. When I look at the animals, they all say to roll END + Survival with a difficulty of 0 or 1, but none of them say anything about AP.

What animals can increase the amount of meat by spending AP?

I would keep it simple and consider that each AP spent count as one success. Getting a bit more meat isn’t exactly game changing.
