Battle mode - Pantea's quest

The quest I drew says:

I don’t have a quest item named Pantea’s Flute, just an upgrade card wich you can buy to equip on Pantea.
But you cannot meet the requirements if you buy the flute and you draw the quest later. So it seems impossible to do it…
Is there a missing card? Is there a mistake?

Yes. There is a missing card for the flute as a Quest Item. You can use the Family Heirloom or Dragon Claw cards or any of the Quest Item cards with the “Draw the top three treasure cards…” text as a replacement.
