Do you only get the free ship for STO when direct ordering from Modiphius. or when ordering from other retails as well ?

I remember hearing that you get a free ship too, but not the specifics. I would also like to add, is it for print copies only or is it included with the pdf?

If you buy a printed copy of the book you usually also get the PDF version free from modiphius cause they’re like that

To be clear I have the borg cube with all the pdfs and the physical copy’s. No where in them is mentioned how to claim ship
