Is there a newer version of the PDF out yet? I got the updated one that was a bit more optimized than the original release but the bookmarks in mine still do not work well.
apart from some minor errors in the layout of the bookmarks they should be fixed in the latest pdf update.
Download link is still showing the 4-12 date, so first revision.
I am assuming that is the one with 210412 in the name, correct?
