Navigator, Chief Nurse Roles?

Going through the TOS Character sheet entries, I noticed a couple of roles that aren’t really given a description anywhere I can find. Chekov has a Navigator role, and Nurse Chapel has the Chief Nurse role.

Any ideas on the role abilities for those roles or where I could find them?

Chief Nurse is in the Science Division book. As for Navigator, it’s in the Rules Digest from the tricorder box, but the ability is the same as Flight Controller in the Starfleet core book.
