What does the first column mean (“O” use)? Does it mean Nick performs that column only if the “Objective” needs a Use Expertise action???

I’ve had a look into this and unfortunately do not know the original intent behind that column. I’m tempted to change it to something like you have suggested with the stipulation of it being within Nicks Presence distance.
We’ll look into it further internally but try this for now.
Use Expertise [O] within [PRESENCE].
Obviously, this isn’t official until it appears in an errata.
