I noticed on the last page of the new Modiphia mag a new model but I don’t know who it is, does anyone know?

It’s Joshua Graham, the Burned Man, from Fallout New Vegas

Ahh, I don’t remember seeing him in the game. Cool looking mini 
He’s mentioned a few times in the base game but only appears in the Honest Hearts DLC

He was listed in the Battle Mode lists so we were always expecting him in the Mojave wave at some point (along with a few other figures that have yet to be seen) and hopefully Caesar.
