After going through the NPC Archetypes section of the core rulebook, I noticed many of the stat blocks listed have skills below 4 and some have focuses on skills less than 6. I’m wondering if this is intended or something for the errata thread?
Those are intended. NPCs can stretch up or down from what PCs have, especially when PCs are usually very advanced.
